Pastoral and Ministerial Staff
Dr. Jeffrey D. Hoy
Jeff and Ann Hoy planted Faith Fellowship Church with 17 adults and 12 children at the first meeting in fall of 1995. He often says that they haven’t stopped running since! Jeff is passionate about sharing the Gospel and making the Word of God come to life. Pastor Jeff teaches life truth from the Bible in a way that connects with people and calls them to become the persons that God has designed them to be. (Click here to learn more about our Pastors)
Pastor Ann Hoy
Pastor of Christian Education and Youth
Ann is remarkably gifted in education and discipleship. She has led some of the most creative and dynamic ministries in our community, touching thousands of families and lives for Jesus. She has a passion for sharing the Gospel in real and genuine ways with people of all ages, but she is particularly passionate about reaching the generation of students who are making life decisions that will shape the rest of their lives.
Pastor Ricky Pacheco
Pastor of Spanish Ministries
Pastor Ricky joined the Faith Fellowship Staff on January of 2011. He was born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico. He married the love of his life and best friend, Maribel and together have three daughters, Angelica, Yashira and Giselle. They are grandparents to four beautiful grandkids- Krystal, Christian, Celine and Gabriel. Before becoming pastors, Ricky and Maribel served the church through an evangelistic music ministry for 12 years. These were years of much traveling in many of the states and in both Central and South America. In the year 2005, they planted La Novia del Cordero (LNDC) in Melbourne, FL which was later adopted by Faith Fellowship Church as their Spanish ministry. Pastor Ricky is beloved for his infectious laugh, dynamic preaching and amazing bear hugs!
Pastor Paul Reece
Pastor of Finance/Administration and Pastoral Care
After successful careers in the business world, Paul has finally decided what he wants to be when he grows up. His job here at Faith Fellowship has become his dream job. He is able to use his business skills as a comptroller in the television industry and as an owner of a mortgage company to help guide Faith Fellowship in the areas of finance and administration. If Paul had to pick the best part of his job it would be working with the people and families that are a part of the congregation. He and his wife, Lisa, love to travel and try new adventures. They have two married daughters (Amanda, Kevin, grandchildren James and Emily, and Lauren and Jonathan). Paul will tell you he is from nowhere (which as you get to know him you will understand it is probably true), but he was born in Newfoundland, Canada and grew up in an Air Force family. He eventually worked his way down the east coast to sunny Florida.
Director of Childrens Ministries
Her four sons call her mom, but as Faith Fellowship Church’s director of Children’s Ministries since 2007, she has been known as Miss Kris to several hundred kids. Originally from the West Coast, she’s been a waitress and administrative assistant, but nothing is more rewarding to her than sharing God’s love with families at church, and watching kids grow in their faith. Kris is gifted with patience, as exhibited by her loyal support of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She loves Almond Joy candy bars – because sometimes you feel like a nut – and will only drink Diet Pepsi. Kris and her husband, Matt, live in Rockledge.
Originally from upstate New York, Mike went to Cedarville University in Ohio. Having done his time in the snow, he loves the warm weather of Florida and has lived here for almost 20 years. Mike is the part-time worship leader at FFC and has been in ministry in both full-time and part-time capacities his whole life. He is the music teacher at Viera Charter School where he specializes in middle school choirs and band. His wife, Jill, is a first grade teacher and music teacher at Creel Elementary in Melbourne. Anderson, their son is a gifted pre-teen who loves to make music as well. When Mike is not at church or school he teaches voice in Cocoa Village and is a music director and performer at the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse.
Mike’s heart is to see the church thrive. Worship, powerful teaching and relational connections all impact both the church and the world. Mike wants to be an active part of the seeing the world changed for and through Christ.
Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Giselle joined the Faith Fellowship staff in January of 2017. She is married to her best friend and true love, Robert Collins, and together have two young children, Celine Madison and Gabriel Enrique. Giselle discovered her passion for music at a very young age and has since pursued her calling in the art of worship. She believes in the power of congregational worship and leads the body of Christ with zeal and faith to the presence of God. Giselle is the daughter of Ricky and Maribel Pacheco, Pastors of La Novia del Cordero (Faith Fellowship’s Spanish Ministry). She enjoys cooking, reading and has recently become a football fan (Go Falcons)!
Pam joined the FFC staff in June of 2008. She married her husband, Jim, in 1984, and they have two adult daughters, Sarah and Allison, a little granddaughter, Olivia, and son-in-law, Jared. Pam enjoys working in the office with “the greatest co-workers and co-laborers for Christ ever”. She also enjoys all of the volunteers who come to the office to help complete the endless list of tasks required to keep the church office running smoothly. Pam enjoys reading, fishing, bike riding, and spending time with her family.
Christian Education Assistant
Jill has been with Faith Fellowship a few months shy of forever. Her four boys were raised in the Children’s and Youth Ministries so wonderfully coordinated by Pastor Ann. The boys are men now; their ages will not be revealed in an effort to keep Jill’s age discreet. She co-teaches Youth Sunday School…well, her husband teaches and she aides. However, she makes the best Sunday morning desserts that you will ever taste. Ask anyone. The Youth Ministry is where Jill’s heart resides. She loves the teens of Faith Fellowship. Not only are they a blessing, they keep her youngish. As for her International Law degree…well, working at Faith Fellowship is much more rewarding.
Sharon moved to Florida from Pennsylvania in 2011 with her husband Mike, two sons Josh and Dan, and has loved it here from Day 1. Sharon is the friendly voice that greets you as our receptionist Wed – Fri. She keeps the database in order, and does whatever else is needed to get us ready for the weekend services or other events we hold. She also is an usher with her husband at our 9am service, one of the adult volunteers with our Youth Group, and substitutes in the 10:45am Children’s Sunday School program. Sharon loves serving God and serving others, and enjoys doing this alongside everyone here at FFC.
